From a Tiny Bedroom to Our Own Studio
ddmmyyyy was founded a decade ago in a tiny bedroom in Hong Kong. With a mere 2 square meters of space, Yvonne embarked on the journey in the world of leathercraft. Despite the limitations, this tiny working space became the breeding ground for our design philosophy, focusing on simplicity, artistry, and impeccable craftsmanship.
We made a significant move to the enchanting city of Edinburgh in 2022. This move marked a new chapter for our brand, as we finally had the opportunity to establish our own studio. With this upgrade in space and equipment, we were able to unleash our creativity and push the boundaries of our craft.
Despite the geographical shift, our commitment to simplicity and artistry remains at the core of our brand. Our designs continue to embody the essence of minimalism, while showcasing the meticulous attention to detail that defines our craftsmanship.

Her approach to leatherwork is marked by creativity and experimentation, with a keen focus on colour, form and texture. She is constantly on the lookout for innovative ways to craft unique products that leave a lasting impression.
